Jellybean also has bilateral base narrow canines.  since these are baby teeth, they are expected to fall out naturally as he grows.  However we have started ball therapy to assist with the alignment and guide the teeth into a better position during development. .  These are not causing him any issues or pain currently and we believe that this will resolve itself naturally with the aid of the ball therapy.
