Strawberry is our very special little Cavalier girl looking for her forever home. She is a sweet, gentle soul who is curious about the world around her. Strawberry has been living with one of our staff members, so she is well on her way to being house trained and has settled beautifully into home life. Like a true Cavalier, Strawberry enjoys the simple things in life a comfy bed, a cosy couch, and spending time with her people (or doggy friends!). She would thrive in a home with another friendly dog, as she loves having a companion by her side and gains confidence from having a canine friend around. Strawberry has a very gentle, submissive nature, so she would be best suited to a home with a kind and easy going dog. She gets along beautifully with both male and female dogs and is happiest when she has a buddy to relax with. And if you’re sitting on the couch, don’t be surprised if Strawberry squeezes in right beside you. She loves being close to her people and will happily sit there licking your arm just to remind you she’s there. you’re looking for a sweet little shadow to share your couch, your adventures, and your heart, Strawberry might just be the perfect girl for you. 
And yes, Strawberry likes to use her voice! She has a cute little high pitched bark when she’s excited or wants to say hello. It’s simply her way of letting everyone know she’s happy and excited to be included.
