Once you have purchased a puppy, we understand that unexpected changes can occur in your lifestyle that cause you to need to rehome your puppy. It’s important to us that each puppy is in a safe and happy environment, so we encourage you to contact us first before rehoming your puppy.

Returns are determined case by case and conditions and charges apply.

VET CHECKS

Diamond Valley Kennels ensures all puppies are vet checked between 6 to 8 weeks of age and are in premium health at time of adoption. We encourage you to take your puppy to your own vet within 3 days of adoption for your own peace of mind.

If any health issues arise from the vet check or your puppy becomes ill in the first 5 days time period, we recommend you contact Diamond Valley Kennels immediately.

Please note Diamond Valley Kennels do not cover the cost of any unauthorised vet bills.
