Every day we get asked all sorts of questions from how much are our puppies to, do you fly puppies interstate to, what type of food do they eat. Here is a collection of some of our most popular questions.
ARE YOU A REGISTERED BREEDER?
Yes, we are a fully registered breeder, more details can be found here.
WHEN IS YOUR NEXT LITTER DUE?
We have Cavoodle and Spoodle litters available on a regular basis. Please either check our Find my Puppy section on our website or consider joining our waiting list for notifications.
WHATâS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Puppy comes with a complimentary care pack that consists of food, blanket, collar, lead a few puppy pads, toys and treats. We also have puppy fully vet checked, first (of 3) vaccination and microchip completed as well as up to date with flea, worming and tick treatments.
DO YOU DNA TEST?
We are frequently asked if our puppies are DNA tested. We don't DNA test puppy BUT some of our mums and dads have received their breed specific genetic testing for common diseases and their results are available to view in our showroom.
HOW DO I JOIN THE WAITING LIST?
Go to the Waiting Group tab and complete the form. Once submitted we will be in touch with you to confirm that you are on the waiting list. There is no fee charged to join our waitlist.
DO YOU FLY INTERSTATE?
Yes, we fly weekly to most major cities in Australia. More details can be found here. Flight services are still extremely limited and we cannot fly to all destinations in Australia. Some routes are still booked out for many weeks.
We ask you to call us prior to purchase in case we are unable to accommodate your flight request.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME TO FLY MY PUPPY?
Depending on where and what service you require for your puppy to get to their new home will depend on the cost. We can obtain customised quotations from Outsourced Pet Transport experts. More details can be found here. Â

WHAT BREEDS DO YOU DO?
We specialise in Toy and Miniature Cavoodles, Toy and Miniature Spoodles, Golden Retrievers and Other Selected Breeds.
HOW MUCH ARE YOUR PUPPIES?
Find my Puppy shows all pricing of our puppies that are available. We have a range of breeds, so it will depend on your chosen puppy, their age, colour, sex and other variances that will be detailed within the description of your chosen puppy. If puppy doesn't have a sold out banner then they are available to purchase.
HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?
We require a $300 non-refundable deposit to secure your chosen puppy. We do not take deposits until you have chosen your puppy.
DO YOU TAKE PUPPIES OFF-SALE WITHOUT A DEPOSIT?
Unfortunately we cannot take a puppy off sale unless with have a deposit to secure puppy ie we cannot place a puppy on 'hold'. It is worth noting that puppies are available to view & purchase on our open days but they are also available to purchase online at any time. We cannot guarantee that puppy will be available to purchase in our showroom if no deposit has been taken.
IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
Deposits are non-refundable but they are transferrable to another puppy within the time period of 6 months. Â
DO YOU OFFER PET INSURANCE?
Yes, we offer 1 months Free Pet Insurance. You receive immediate coverage (activated with zero waiting periods at time of collection). No upfront payments - just 30 days no obligation cover. This provides you with 90% coverage for new and unexpected illnesses or injuries with just a $250 excess. Great peace of mind. Full details available upon request.
DOES MY PUPPY GET CHECKED BEFORE COLLECTION?
Yes they certainly do. Our vet carries out a vet check on each puppy when they are getting their vaccination which is usually around 6 - 7 weeks old.
WHAT DOES THE 'VET NOTE' MEAN IN PUPPY'S DISCRIPTIONÂ LISTING?
If you find a 'Vet note' in the main description of a puppy, this means that our vet has highlighted an issue and will disclose the information within the listing. If there are no vet notes mentioned that indicates that puppy has a clear vet report. If you are uncertain of what the note means, we suggest that you discuss with your own vet or call us for further details.
DO YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL OR AMEX?
Unfortunately, we do not currently accept PayPal or Amex.
HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?
You can please a deposit via Find my Puppy. We require a $300 non-refundable deposit to secure your puppy and take it off sale for you. The balance is within 7 days of placing the deposit on your chosen puppy. You can complete payment for the balance of your puppy online prior to collection.
WHAT PAYMENT FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE ON SITE?
We have eftpos and credit card facilities on site. Please note that there is a 1.3% surcharge on credit card payments. We accept Mastercard and Visa Only. We also accept Cash.
CAN I CHANGE THE NAME OF MY PUPPY?
On collection of puppy you will complete a microchip registration form, on which you can choose a different name for them.
We call our puppyâs puppy and only use their names for advertising purposes so you will be able to introduce a new name without any dramas.
WHAT DOES MY PUPPY EAT?
We feed our puppy's Royal Canin Mini Puppy (Cavoodles and Spoodles) or Royal Canin Maxi Puppy for our bigger breeds.
HOW MUCH FOOD SHOULD I GIVE MY PUPPY?
For those that have purchased a puppy from us, will have access to our Customer Portal and will be able to find feeding guides within the Portal.
