CP - Worming/Flea and Tick Treatment & Puppy Vaccination Schedule

This will be completed on collection day of your puppy by one of our staff members. 

We strongly recommend that once the schedule of dates has been completed by our staff member that you take a photo with your phone and keep handy for your vet visits.
